1. Using BAS services
These Terms govern your access to the BAS website, account features, product purchases, support services, and related digital services provided by BRANDIE ANN SOFT INC. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your location. If you use the services for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Accounts and security
You may register using an email address or a supported mobile number. You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
Product listings are invitations to place an order. An order is accepted only when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the product. Prices, availability, taxes, and delivery estimates may change before acceptance. We may cancel or limit orders affected by errors, suspected fraud, or supply constraints.
4. Shipping, returns, and warranty
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable consumer law. Eligible hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. BAS hardware includes a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects; misuse, unauthorized modification, and normal wear are excluded where permitted by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected areas, submit malicious code, infringe intellectual property, or use BAS services for unlawful activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, BAS, or third parties.
6. Intellectual property
The BAS name, site design, software, product content, and related materials are owned by BRANDIE ANN SOFT INC or its licensors. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, BAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where a different rule is required by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
